GAVOTTE

BIO: Gavotte was rescued from an Amish puppy mill in the Cleveland area. Because of stress, she’d been gnawing on her tail, which faced amputation. Fortunately it healed, and she now only nibbles on it when overtired. Her Grandmama named her Gavotte because “she’s obviously French.”

BREED:
Labradoodle. Her webbed feet serve her water obsession well.

SIZE:
She was a paltry 44 lbs when rescued, but quickly bulked up to a healthy 55 lbs.

FAVORITE THINGS:
Swimming right across East Stoner Lake in pursuit of Canada Geese, then running home along East Stoner Lake Rd with leash in tow to claim her treat; Her beloved Crinkles the Cat, and her second best friend forever, Leocadie; Barking at every single person who walks by Edgewood (formerly Trails End), since she owns and therefore rules the road and the lake, etc.; Mahogany Ridge Dog Daycare in Saratoga Springs
